Return & Refund POLICY

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 28 days from date of purchase. If 28 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping, duties and handling fees) within 28 days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Copper Hawk Limited unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
  • To return, please package the items to be returned or exchanged in the original packaging (if possible). Please provide us with copy of invoice or sales order number.
  • Please send your return with tracking number to info@copperhawk.ie. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in transit.
  • Unfortunately, any item that is returned after more than 28 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • In the event of your purchase being defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item or refund of the purchase price (less original shipping, duties and handling fees) within 28 days of purchase

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, Copper Hawk Limited will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • The refund will not include the original shipping, duties and handling fees or return postage costs.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company/financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Copper Hawk Limited, Unit 4D Western Business Park Shannon Co. Clare Ireland. Postcode: V14 RW92.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

General

  • Copper Hawk Limited reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.
  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping by emailing sales@copperhawk.ie. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation fees may be charged.
